Philipp Khaitovich(菲利普·哈伊托维奇)博士,俄罗斯斯科尔科沃科学与技术研究所神经生物学和大脑康复中心主任,德国马普协会进化人类学研究所资深研究员先后主持中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(B类)、国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等科研项目。 在Science, Nature Neuroscience等国际顶尖杂志发表SCI论文107篇。现任PLoS BiologyBMC Genomics国际刊物编委。入选2012年中组部外专千人计划,获国家友谊奖2013),中俄国家友谊奖2015),上海市白玉兰纪念奖2013),中国科学院青年科学家国际合作奖

研究方向(含承担课题)

主要研究包括:(1)通过多组学整合,研究人脑从发育到衰老过程中的分子和调控机制;(2)通过比较人类和近缘灵长类动物脑部在发育衰老全过程中的转录组、代谢组、脂质组等多种分子水平的变化,鉴定人脑特有的分子变化特征并据此探索人脑特有功能的进化机制;(3)通过比较健康人脑和具有认知相关疾病人脑在多种组学上的差异,研究人脑发达认知能力形成的分子机制。通过构建人脑和灵长类大脑动态进化发育的高维图谱,将有助于对已有的神经生物学成果进行整合,进而对深入了解大脑的功能。
