研究方向(含承担课题)

多年从事无菌小鼠的研究工作，主要方向是利用无菌小鼠探索菌群与疾病关系的研究，目前基于解析机体自身基因组功能与肠道菌群宏基因组功能的相互关系，形成了无菌小鼠人工哺乳、遗传工程小鼠无菌化等模型动物制备体系，建成了一定规模的无菌小鼠平台，参与关于菌群与神经类疾病、代谢性疾病、免疫性疾病等相关性研究。
