研究方向(含承担课题)

围绕抑郁症临床诊疗及发病机制开展系列研究，以大数据辅助的循证医学和深度机器学习为手段，构建抑郁症分层化、个体化的治疗体系；结合现代分子生物学技术，探索抑郁症的分子变化规律，为疾病的机制解析和临床诊疗提供新的理论依据。

以第一和通讯作者在Evidence-based mental health（IF=13.54），International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction（IF=8.0），General Hospital Psychiatry（IF=7.59），BMC psychiatry（IF=5.738）等杂志发表SCI论文6篇；其它作者参与发表SCI论文13篇，总计IF=159分，单篇最高77.06。主持中国博士后科学基金面上资助，重庆市自然科学基金面上资助，重庆市博士后研究项目特别资助，重庆市2023一流学科建设（博士后培育项目）等课题。参研科技创新2030“脑科学与类脑研究”（青年科学家项目，500万元），重庆市自然科学基金（杰出青年项目，50万元）。申请国家发明专利1项，担任European heart journal（IF=39.30）、BMC Psychiatry（IF=5.74）、Frontiers in Genetics（IF=4.77）等杂志审稿人。
