1. Consultation services available at all Information Desks, Triage Stations, and the One-Stop Service Center;
2. Wheelchair assistance for patients with mobility challenges (wheelchairs available at the Patient Service Center and first-floor lobby, with complimentary use at the One-Stop Service Center);
3. Consultation assistance for visually impaired patients without companions (guides available at Information Desks on every floor);
4. Provision of health education and consultation materials available at all Information Desks and Triage Stations;
5. Complimentary potable water and hot water available on every floor via drinking water stations;
6. Test reports mailing services for non-local patients (available at Laboratory Department Window 12);
7. Medical record mailing services for non-local patients (available at the Patient Service Center’s medical record copying counter);
8. Multi-channel appointment registration available via WeChat Official Account, self-service kiosks, telephone, on-site, or online platforms
9. Complimentary stationery, reading glasses, and disposable cups provided for patient convenience;
10. A dedicated Lost & Found service is available at the One-Stop Service Center in the outpatient lobby;
11. Transparent fee display boards are posted on every outpatient floor;
12. Medication sorting counters are located in front of the Chinese and Western pharmacies for your convenience;
13. Self-service machines distributed throughout the outpatient area support functions such as appointment registration, same-day registration, self-service payment, fee inquiry, and printing of test reports;
14. A self-service printer is installed in the radiology hall on the B1 level; simply scan the barcode of the radiological examination item to print the report and film, with the WeChat account tracking the progress of radiological results;
15. Self-service vending machines offering shopping bags, bottled water, milk, tissues, etc. , are available in the outpatient first-floor lobby and third-floor area;
16. Our hospital’s “CMUFAH” Wechat account offers functions including appointment registration, intelligent consultation, report inquiry, self-service payment, hospital navigation, physical examination reservations;
17. Shared power banks are provided on every outpatient floor and in the Emergency Department;
18. Self-service photocopiers are available on the first and fourth floors of the outpatient area to facilitate document copying and printing.
