1. Outpatient Hours:

Weekdays & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Registration Deadline: 11:00 AM (Morning Session); 4:00 PM(Afternoon Session).

2. Appointment Registration:

(1) Slot Release: Appointment slots are released 7 days in advance, with new slots added daily at 8:00 AM.

(2) How to Book: Appointments can be made via the “CMUFAH” official WeChat Official account.

(3) Check-in Process: On your appointment day, complete payment and collect your registration ticket through the WeChat account, at a service counter, or via other designated channels. Tickets cannot be collected earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

3.Same-Day Registration: Available via the “CMUFAH” WeChat account or at manual registration counters.

4.Real-Name Registration: Patients must register under their real names using valid identification such as passport, permanent residency card, or electronic health card.

5.Reminders

(1) Validity: Registration is valid only for the scheduled day and visit..One free follow-up consultation (same department) is available within 3 days (including appointment day) for test results review.

(2) Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, please cancel via the original booking channel in advance.

(3) No-Show and Blacklist Policy: A no-show (failure to check-in on appointment day) will be recorded. 3 no-shows within 90 days will result in restriction from making advance appointments for 90 days (same-day registration still available).
